You Need to set your Regional Configuration to Japanese. That way you can Play this, and most of the Games. I guess we need a tread, Sticky, about how to play Japanese games.

Applocale would help a lot, just install it and put the language setting to the last selection.

Don't forget to change the Unicode setting to Japanese too.
Though if you do this some of the programs you have in your PC will run in Japanese so don't forget to change the setting back to english when you are done.
