how do you start this game? i get an error

I'm having some difficulty myself. I have AppLocale and I have even set my region settings ect. but I'm still getting an error message. I cant make it all out but it has something to do with CUR_GET (the cursor file from the bmps folder from what I can tell) I downloaded from sharebig I may try the mediafire link after a little while. I did check out the .rar's in the bmps nice little addition. If anyone has some advice on what may be causing the error and how to fix it, I'm all ears.

Just change the name of the folder to something without Japanese...

I don't understand this OS...
I have my system always running in japanese unicode. I never see strange symbols in place of japanese characters anymore...
Still, i had to rename the folder to somethig not using japanese characters for the game to work...

I don't get it, but, since it's working now, all is well...

Yea, i got it working by taking the panpo folder out of the japanese folder, and then running the .exe

Im sorry Im one of the n00bs that discovered this game but I need help guys please. The .rar file I got is passworded and the [MU SOFT] password doesnt seem to work. Can anyone please advise.

Oh and on top that i get this weird message about an illegal operation and cannot ignore or continue.
